At Mercium Traders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice included.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These may include:

  • Personal care or cosmetic products (if applicable)

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team or email us on info@merciumuk.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions. The item must be securely packed and sent to the address provided by our team.

Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.

  • If approved, we will process a refund or replacement as per your request.

  • If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), Mercium Traders will cover the shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size (where applicable), please mention it during the return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
