Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mercium Traders will not be liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undeliverable Orders
In cases where an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
